The ParknPool credit application can be accessed with the following link. Click here and an editable Credit Aplication PDF form will open (Note: If you are unable to fill out the form through your browser, simply right click on the link and click on Save Link As or Save Target As and save to your computer. You should then be able to fill out the form.) The form can be digitally signed and submitted by email, or printed and faxed to our office at 877-777-3717 or 540-463-6710. At ParknPool, we take pride in working closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest level of service. Almost all of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, a minimum of 10 business days is required for delivery. If you need your order faster, please discuss it with us.
Lighter and/or less bulky items may ship UPS or FedEx Ground if this is less expensive.
Items shipped directly from the manufacturer by common carrier (Transfer Truck) will be delivered to the curb at your address. The driver is not responsible for unloading your products from the tail gate of his truck. Your location must be accessible to a large tractor trailer truck. If it is not, you must notify us at the time of order placement and we will try to make the appropriate arrangements.

Damaged Goods - please note any freight damage on the freight bill. Request a signed receipt from the driver. Open and inspect your packages immediately, while the driver is still there, and notify us immediately of any concealed damage that you wish to claim. If you have a camera at hand, please take pictures of the damage. Our freight carriers and manufacturers will work expediently with us to replace or repair any damage. Pictures and documentation will streamline the process.
All custom products (including cushions) are Non Returnable for Refund. We are sorry but custom ordered furniture is custom made to your specific requirements, (colors, textures, etc.) and, as such, may not be returned. We do not warrant your choice of products for your suitability. For your protection please make your custom purchase selections carefully. We are happy to send color samples to you prior to placing your order to ensure the color you are viewing on our website is the color you would like.
Logo'd and custom imprint items are made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned unless printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, please make your custom purchase selections carefully. Be sure to note shipping damage on the freight bill.
Orders may ONLY be cancelled if the products have not entered production at the manufacturing facility. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible and if your products have not entered production, we may be able to stop the process. There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to you for all cancelled orders.
You cannot cancel or change an order that has entered production, or has already been released for shipping.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your account, credit your credit card, or send you a refund check within 21 days of the settlement date. Restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Colors, color patterns, and textures of products may vary slightly from those shown. Actual color and texture samples for most products are available upon request.
