Extra Strong Double Stitched Acrylic Fabric Slings.
One inch Round Extruded Aluminum Tubing.
1-1/4" Aluminum Tubing on Arms.
Non-Marring nylon super glide feet on bottom of legs.

5 Year Limited Commercial Warranty

If your aluminum frame fails structurally, or if the finish peels within five (5) years from the original date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace the frame in the original color and style, if still available. A similar frame or color will be provided if the original has been discontinued.

The manufacturer will warrant its furniture for five (5) years from strap breakage when used in a commercial setting, and three (3) years from strap detachment.

For a period of 1 year from the original purchase date, for defects in materials or workmanship, the manufacturer will repair or replace fabric slings, cushions, straps and woven materials and fabrics.

Service for authorized returns will be performed by the manufacturer in a location designated by the company. Parts and labor are included for a period of one (1) year. The manufacturer will pay freight costs for the first year in the Continental U.S. not including packaging for a period of one (1) year. A Return Goods Authorization must be obtained and approved from ParknPool Corp. (representing the manufacturer) Customer Service before returning products to the factory.

What is not covered by the Commercial Warranty:

  • Failure caused by abuse, neglect, or acts of God.
  • Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance. ParknPool and the manufacturer recommend quarterly waxing of your furniture to assist in the products longevity. Failure or neglect to make these needed cleanings may cause the paint to blister and will void the warranty.
  • Seaside use: Due to the demands of salt air, ParknPool and the manufacturer recommend weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation to help prevent oxidization.
  • Furniture submerged in chlorine or salt pool water.
  • Normal fading of finish, fabrics, woven materials or straps.
  • Damage caused by bleach, ammonia, sun tan lotions, or abrasive cleaners.
  • All cracks or breaks in extrusion caused by freeze damage.
  • Freight damage (See “How To Obtain Service).
  • Sling distortion.
  • Glass or acrylic table tops.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Natural stone tops, other than manufacturer defects.

How to obtain service:

  • Request assistance from ParknPool Corp.
  • Contact Customer Service with proof of original purchase and detailed information including a picture of the problem or damage for further instructions.
  • If you experience freight damage, be sure to note that on the receiving ticket when the truck driver asks you to sign. Also, take pictures of the packaging and the damage to the furniture. Do not wait days to open the boxes. Freight companies are notorious for refusing claims. ParknPool wants to help resolve freight damage issues as efficiently as possible.
