The Party Canopy is professional quality for rental or casual use! Commercial grade canopy has heavy, 14 oz. vinyl with 1.75" aluminum poles. Comes complete with top, poles, stakes, ropes and storage bag. Set-up can be done easily by 2 people. Excellent for Recreation Departments to rent out to patrons who reserve parks for reunions, celebrations, etc. (Call about optional side walls.)

Permabrella Limited Warranty:
Frames & Parts
Permabrella frame is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Normal wear and tear, neglect of maintenance and storm damage are not covered. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the option of Manufacturer on return of the defective parts, prepaid, to our factory. Labor to repair frames or components returned prepaid to our factory is included; on-site labor is not.
Tops
Tops are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. Defective tops will be repaired or replaced at our option on return, prepaid, to our factory. This warranty specifically excludes damage from environmental sources such as storms, exhaust, trees, leaves, birds, etc. The material used for each Permabrella top may vary according to customer specifications. Some material includes a specific fade warranty, some does not. Manufacturer provides warranty service for tops covered by the material manufacturers’ warranty. Please inquire about the specific material on your order.
Tent Limited Warranty
Frames
All Tent Frames are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Normal wear and tear, neglect of maintenance and storm damage are not covered. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at the option of Manufacturer on return of the defective parts, prepaid, to our factory. Labor to repair frames or components returned prepaid to our factory is included; on-site labor is not.
Tops
Tops are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. Defective tops will be repaired or replaced at our option on return, prepaid, to our factory. This warranty specifically excludes damage from chemical erosion, falling objects, vandalism, and damage from environmental sources including, but not limited to storms, wind, trees, birds, etc. Also excluded are pin holes, punctures or abrasions which can occur during shipping, storage or handling.
The material used for each top may vary according to customer specifications. Some material includes a specific fade warranty, some does not. Manufacturer provides warranty service for tops covered by a material manufacturer’s warranty. Please inquire about the specific material on your order.
