Warranty Terms

The manufacturer warrants its product for one year to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used, maintained and stored under normal commercial use. This warranty applies to the original buyer from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover vandalism.

Replacement coverage includes the following:

All painted surfaces are baked enamel and are guaranteed not to chip, peel or craze.
Umbrellas are guaranteed not to stain, mildew, or rust.
Any umbrella part not functioning due to a manufacturing issue will be replaced free of charge up to 60 days after delivery.
