Warranty Terms

The manufacturer warrants that the pieces of the Gardenella Sling Collection are free from manufacturing defects as of the date of purchase. Aluminum frames are warranted against breakage for a full 1 (one) year (for commercial uses) or 15 (fifteen) years (for residential uses) from the date of purchase, under normal use. The powder coat finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for 3 (three) years from date of purchase, under normal use. Repairs or replacement parts will be provided at the discretion of the manufacturer (in the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will repair or replace the item or parts with the closest comparable current model).

Fading, staining or mildewing of fabric are not covered under the warranty.

Furniture stored outside or in other cold storage areas should be drained of any water. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing. Such damage is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover the failure of products, which, in our opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling, or unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

To obtain service, contract our Customer Service Department stating the problem and provide a photograph of the defective item and a close up picture of the defect. A Return Merchandise Authorization will be sent to you giving instructions for returning items if necessary. Our factory will accept no returns without prior written authorization from our Customer Service Department. After authorization is received, your furniture must be returned to the factory in proper packaging, freight prepaid.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied by law. This is a limited warranty and extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
