The Smokers' Station® may be wall or poll mounted. It is constructed of heavy gauge, hot-dipped galvanized, powder coated or stainless steel.

Warranty Terms

For a period of one year from the date of purchase, if this product proves defective in materials and workmanship during normal use by the purchaser of this product, the manufacturer will arrange for replacement or repair.

This warranty does not cover product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation or misuse and excludes shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to nondurable components. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
