Credit Application:

The ParknPool credit application can be accessed with the following link. Click the link and an editable PDF form will open. The form can be digitally signed and submitted by email, or printed and faxed to our office at 877-777-3700. Instructions on how to set up a digital signature are included in the PDF package. Close the Credit Application Window when done.

Delivery:

At ParknPool, we take pride in working closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest level of service. Almost all of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, a minimum of 10 business days is required for delivery. If you need your order faster, please discuss it with us.

Lighter and/or less bulky items will ship UPS or Fedex Ground if this is less expensive.

Orders of color custom products and of concrete products must be prepaid before they will be shipped.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer by common carrier (Transfer Truck) will be delivered to the curb at your address. The driver is not responsible for unloading your products from the tail gate of his truck. Your location must be accessible to a large tractor trailer truck. If it is not, you must notify us at the time of order placement and we will try to make the appropriate arrangements.

Damaged Goods - please note any freight damage on the freight bill. Request a signed receipt from the driver. Open and inspect your packages immediately, less than 24 hours, and notify us of any concealed damage that you wish to claim. If you have a camera at hand, please take pictures of the damage. Our freight carriers and manufacturers will work expediently with us to replace or repair any damage. Pictures and documentation will streamline the process.

Returns:

All Custom Products are Non Returnable for Refund. We are sorry but custom ordered furniture is custom made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned. We do not warrant your choice of products for your suitability. For your protection please make your custom purchase selections carefully.

Stock Products are returnable for one week (7 days from receipt of delivery) only after receiving a returned goods authorization (RGA) from ParknPool. You may be required to pay for shipping to you and back plus a 20% restocking fee. Please call, email, or write us to receive an RGA number. Do not return goods without authorization.

Logo'd and custom imprint items are made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned unless printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged. For your protection, please make your custom purchase selections carefully. Be sure to note shipping damage on the freight bill.

Order Cancellation:

Orders for Stock or "Not made to Order" products may be cancelled if the products have not been received by the shipping company as evidenced by the freight carrier's bill of lading. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible and if your products have not shipped, we will stop the process. There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to you for all cancelled orders. If you cancel an order that has already been received by the freight carrier, you will be required to pay all additional freight charges (to you and back to the location of origin) and a restocking fee that is equal to 20% of the price you are paying for the returned product.

Orders for Custom Products are not cancelable and not changeable. We will work with you to designate all options before you commit to your custom order with us. After your order goes into production, you may not change or cancel your order without incurring substantial costs. We work diligently to produce your order as soon as possible after you place your order. If you must cancel or change a custom order, call us and we will help you with your least cost solution.

1. If you cancel or change a custom order before production starts:
   • There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to you.
2. If you cancel or change a custom order after it is in production but not shipped:
   • You will be charged the full price of the product but no shipping charges.
3. If you cancel or change a custom order after production and after it is received by the freight carrier:
   • You will be charged for the full price of your order and return freight if you refuse delivery. Returns are not accepted for custom products.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your account, credit your credit card, or send you a refund check within 21 days of the settlement date. Restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

The following products are "STOCK":

Smoker's Outpost Products, Smoke Butt'ler, United Receptacle Aspen Series, Dogipot Products, Polywood Recycled Plastic Furniture, Grosfillex Plastic Resin Furniture, Rubbermaid Trash Receptacles, Wood Top Picnic Tables. Please call and ask for other Stock Products.

The following products are "CUSTOM".

Aluminum Framed Pool Furniture, Umbrellas, Plastisol Picnic Tables, Plastisol Park Benches, Plastisol Trash Receptacles, Fiberglass Top Picnic Tables, Fiberglass Top Park Benches, Fiberglass Trash Receptacles, Concrete Tables, Logo'd Products. Call and ask for other Custom Products.
