Do-it-yourself and save yourself money!  What could be better?!  Buy the frames here, pick up wood planks at your local lumber yard, add a little elbow grease and presto!  You’ve got a picnic table!

• Pocono – this medium-duty frame is easy to ship, and great for RV parks.
• Cascade – this light-duty frame is easy to ship, and ideal for indoor and outdoor break areas.
• St. James – this medium-duty frame is corrosion free, making it perfect for schoolyards.
• Shenandoah – this heavy-duty frame is corrosion free, making it well suited for unsupervised, remote picnic areas.

When looking for the perfect picnic table, be sure to allow two (2) linear feet on a bench for each person.  Most tables have a mounting option that will enable you to affix them to the ground.  In sandy soils, however, pedestal tables will eventually tilt – for more stability, buy the portable model and install an in-ground anchor.
