Plastic Coated Benches with Powder Coat Frames

Plastic coating is the best choice for corrosive-free, maintenance-free outdoor furniture.  These beautiful and durable plastic coated benches have become the standard in the industry!

The benches are made with heavy gauge galvanized steel (which is then coated with baked-on polyster black powder coating), which prevents sagging yet ensures they are corrosive free and rugged enough to hold up in high traffic areas.  The seats and back are coated with a UV stabilized Plastisol coating and baked to a 90% gloss finish.  This high gloss finish is important, not only for its beautiful looks, but also because it helps the UV stabilizers in the coating ensure the vibrant colors don’t fade over years of sunlight exposure.

The coating on the benches also ensures they are durable and resilient, making them scratch resistant!  It also stays cool in the hot sun which reduces the risk of painful burns, while the anti-fungal compound ensures benches kept in the shade will stay beautiful for years to come.  The rounded edges provide added safety in the case of a fall.
