The 7.5' diameter fiberglass-ribbed beach umbrella comes with a solid wood pole and marine grade fabric top. The fiberglass ribs are stronger, lighter and more flexible than most traditional aluminum, steel or wood ribs. This flexibility and strength help resist high winds and prevent damage to the umbrella. The ribs are also resistant to weathering and fading because the color is embedded in the rib.
