Please bear in mind that this was just an order for my home where I have been attempting to make the back yard more of a pleasant gathering place, family and friends for an occasional cookout. I was able to do the work myself, digging a hole, bricking to ensure stability when I cemented the pole in place. I like the fact that the grill can be turned easily to face or avoid the wind as desired. When I have grass planted, my hammock, table, chairs,etc. in place it should make a nice cool shaded area for outdoor gatherings."

I want to thank you and the crew that came out to install our bleachers at Northside Christian School. I was a little skeptical at first because were up against a time line to install our bleachers before our homecoming football game. You assured me that the bleachers would arrive and be installed on time. Here we are three days before Homecoming 2010 and we are looking at brand new bleachers up and in place for our big night. Your service and the effort of the installation crew was awesome. Dave and his crew got the bleachers up between a funeral and his son�s tenth birthday and I appreciate that very much. I just wanted to take a moment to send a note about my experience dealing with Clay Smith.

He was extremely helpful, easy to work with and very accommodating. He followed up with me and most importantly to me he followed through with what he said he was going to do. I gathered 7 bids when I was researching park tables and not only was Park & Pool the most reasonable for the same product, but Clay was able to help with shipping which made made all the difference in my recommendation to our board to buy from him. In fact, I have passed along his card and the catalog to my boss who is the Regional Manager for Walters Management in case he ever needs park or pool tables.

In the near future I will be looking for pool tables and I will be contacting Clay to make that purchase as well.

I was very impressed with the timely shipment of my order, the patio chairs were delivered within one week of placing the order. The follow up service via email after placing my order on line kept me informed about my order. The only drawback in using ParknPool is that shipping became quite expensive due to the "Residential Delivery Fee" imposed in addition to the normal Fed Ex Shipping. An additional $100.00 does not seem fair because it does not cost the company or Fed Ex anything extra to deliver to a residence. With that said, I would recommend ParknPool for anyone looking for quality products and service.

We submitted a large order. The cans inside the ash recpticles were damaged, but Park N Pool sent new ones out immediately. When we received our benches, then were shipped without the center support legs. We called Clay and they were again shipped out immediately.
