I just wanted to take a moment to send a note about my experience dealing with Clay Smith.
He was extremely helpful, easy to work with and very accommodating. He followed up with me and most importantly to me he followed through with what he said he was going to do. I gathered 7 bids when I was researching park tables and not only was Park & Pool the most reasonable for the same product, but Clay was able to help with shipping which made made all the difference in my recommendation to our board to buy from him. In fact, I have passed along his card and the catalog to my boss who is the Regional Manager for Walters Management in case he ever needs park or pool tables.
In the near future I will be looking for pool tables and I will be contacting Clay to make that purchase as well.

I was very impressed with the timely shipment of my order, the patio chairs were delivered within one week of placing the order. The follow up service via email after placing my order on line kept me informed about my order.
The only drawback in using ParknPool is that shipping became quite expensive due to the "Residential Delivery Fee" imposed in addition to the normal Fed Ex Shipping. An additional $100.00 does not seem fair because it does not cost the company or Fed Ex anything extra to deliver to a residence. With that said, I would recommend ParknPool for anyone looking for quality products and service.
