Other eco-friendly reasons to purchase our concrete park amenities include the fact that up to 30% of the concrete used in the mix design is fly ash, a by-product of hydro-electric power production. Approximately 50% of the sandblasting sand is picked up, filtered, and re-used in the sandblasting booth. Plus, upon request we will produce your concrete bike racks using re-cycled concrete for the aggregate component of the mix design. By weight, this constitutes approximately 70% of the finished product that is recycled material.
